Motorsport Use Only

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Tizona Performance products are intended exclusively for motorsport, racing, track use, testing, exhibition or off-road use.

They are not designed, tested or certified for use on public roads.

No Homologation

Unless explicitly stated in writing, our products are not road legal and do not possess any homologation, type approval, TÜV, ECE, DOT or equivalent certification.

It is solely the User's responsibility to determine whether installation or use is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Installation Responsibility

All products must be installed by suitably qualified professionals.

Tizona Performance is responsible solely for manufacturing and supplying the purchased component.

The Company accepts no responsibility for:

  • Incorrect installation.

  • Improper fitment.

  • Incorrect torque procedures.

  • Improper hardware selection.

  • Vehicle modifications.

  • Electrical or mechanical alterations.

  • Paint or finishing work.

  • Lack of maintenance.

  • Improper inspection.

  • Negligence.

  • Misuse.

Any consequences arising after installation become the sole responsibility of the installer and vehicle owner.

Public Road Use

If any product is installed or used on public roads, highways or public access areas, such use is undertaken entirely at the User's own risk.

Tizona Performance accepts no responsibility for:

  • Vehicle inspections.

  • Traffic violations.

  • Registration issues.

  • Insurance claims.

  • Vehicle impoundment.

  • Fines.

  • Civil liability.

  • Criminal liability.

Assumption of Risk

Vehicle modification and motorsport activities involve inherent risks including mechanical failure, loss of vehicle control, property damage, serious injury or death.

By purchasing and using our products, the User voluntarily assumes all risks associated with their installation and use.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tizona Performance, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, suppliers and distributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

  • Installation.

  • Improper installation.

  • Product misuse.

  • Product modification.

  • Racing.

  • Track use.

  • Public road use.

  • Vehicle damage.

  • Mechanical failure.

  • Personal injury.

  • Death.

  • Property damage.

  • Loss of profits.

  • Business interruption.

The User expressly waives any claim against Tizona Performance to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Tizona Performance from any claim, lawsuit, liability, damage, expense or legal cost arising from:

  • Installation of the products.

  • Improper installation.

  • Public road use.

  • Vehicle modifications.

  • Negligent use.

  • Violation of applicable laws.

  • Claims brought by passengers or third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tizona Performance's total liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product concerned.

Acceptance

By purchasing any product from Tizona Performance, whether through our website or any authorized sales channel, the User confirms that they have read, understood and accepted this Legal Notice and Liability Disclaimer and agree to be legally bound by its provisions.
